Hello! I’m Katie Henson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Central Florida

I’m a licensed therapist who strives to see families and parents learn new ways, techniques and strategies on how to cope with real life changes and see individuals learn about themselves and begin to process life challenges. I have lived, went to school and worked in the Central Florida area for nearly 15 years. I enjoy the traditional Florida lifestyle of exploring nature, the springs, the beaches and all the hiking trails and state parks Florida offers.
