About the Group [Group 1, 2, 3]
We all will experience grief at some point in our lives. Some experience it sooner than others, some may not even understand the permanency of death yet, some may still grieve years after a loss whether tragic by definition or not. In this group, you will be able to explore your thoughts and feelings surrounding the loss you’ve experienced. It doesn’t matter how quickly or far back you lost someone. In this group, it’s all virtual, held on Wednesday nights for a total of 10 weeks. We will follow along with the book, “The Grief Recovery Handbook.” This can be purchased for an additional cost of a one time purchase. I look forward to meeting with you and hearing about your experience and walking this journey with you!

About the Group [Group A, B, C]
Parents are welcome to explore their child-parent relationship, learn new skills, add those skills into your parenting toolbox and increase your healthy relationship, communication and confidence with your child or children. Each session is completely virtual and you do not have to go out an purchase anything to participate. You only pay for the sessions. This is a closed group that will recycle every 3 weeks with a new group. Each session is $40 for a total of 12 sessions per group cycle. You do not have to have kids to participate in this group. If you are a teacher, daycare caregiver, babysitter, nanny, or work with children in any capacity and want to increase your knowledge, then this group is also for you! This group is ran at a virtual meeting place, so you don’t have to travel far! There is a participation book that will be emailed for an additional cost of $15 one time cost of the purchase of the book.
